Windows 7 Not booting after Mobo and CPU Change?

Recently I upgraded my Mobo and CPU and for a couple days it hasn't booted I went into the bios and everything was recognized by the Mobo and windows just does nothing on the repair thing, and are there any alternatives to reinstalling windows 7, because I don't want to loose my data or end up spending over 100 dollars on something That is OS caused :/
