pc makes loud noise when booting

so when i boot up my pc it makes this really loud noise idk how to explain it its not high pitched at all its just really loud kinda like when a cord is hitting a fan in the pc but more mechanical like of a sound and when my pc boots to desktop its quiets down like almost stopped but then like 30 sec after being on my desktop it stops anyone know what could be causing this? my pc was build in December and this start happening about a week ago

You have a MSI card

It spins backwards to spin out the dust(on boot) at high speeds

It's a feature of the MSI cards, Check it out

the thing is its never happened before and its like super loud like i mean i ave noise canceling headphons and i can still hear it when them on

Check the inside and see whats making the noise. Run a stress test to see if the components make any noise.
