How I can fix constant lag spikes and freezes on games?

I am using an Android device (tablet)! First idea: RAM usage! Rooting can fix this! But I do not have PC! Compiling custom recovery for my device is appreciated! But how to flash firmwares from the recovery? How I can install ADB drivers on rooted Android device?

What game is it that has these problems?

An AMD cpu has no place in a solely gaming build, end of.

Towelroot, Framaroot, iRoot (Mobile version), KingRoot (Mobile version), SRSRoot failed to root my device!

It is for PC only!

Framaroot this doesn’t require a pc.
