New laptop feeling slugish after only a week

so bought a toshiba laptop, 8gb ram, new a8, r5 gpu and 1tb hdd. The first week it was doing very good had no troubles, now in the second week starting to get sluggish, easy task are taking longer then expected, if I put it on sleep for to long gpu driver fails when I try turn it on again, anyone know what's up with this? currently running malware-bytes scan, since that fixed my pc when it got sluggish.

Go to task manager and see what is using all the cpu and ram

Try ADW Cleaner and shut it down when your finished, putting laptops to sleep never ends well in my experience unless its an ultrabook.

always do and nothing shows up

no room for an ssd or more ram already tried, i should have bought the hp!

dw i spend most of my time on my desktop, which i need to buy an ssd for
