New computer behaving weird - Urgent

I have made my own computer containing the following parts attached to this thread.

The first boot was succesful (Did it on a friend's monitor) however now I am home and I have plugged in my own monitor.

1. It says the "Reboot media etc.", I have tried to enter the BIOS but that is not possible somehow(my keyboard does not respond to the "Reboot media".

2. Sometimes the monitor can't "find" the computer itself, saying: "DisplayPort: NO SIGNAL"

3. The last thing I would like to say that you might find usable troubleshooting my computer is that it does -sometimes- boot without a problem (being the last time yesterday).

Build: http://pcpartpicker.com/p/Vc38sY

Any help is much appreciated as I need to you the computer ASAP.

Thank you!

have you checked that you have up to date drivers because display port can act up sometimes if you dont update, also what GPU are you using if you tell me i can find out if there is any problems with the driver.
