4k downscaling on 27 inch pc gtx 970

I got a question i,m going to buy a evga gtx 970 sc and i got a philips 27 inch tv with hdmi output but the pixel density isn,t so good will it improve with the 4k downscaling and will it improve the grapichs the tv supports hdmi 60hz and vga 30 hz on pc?

It won't improve the pixel density, but it will make the image crisper.

Oh nice it has a recomended 1300p by 800 pixel rate it can do 1080p but it makes the screen really small i mean the icons etc

you can make text and icon larger

I've been downscaling on my 1080p display, running at 3200x1800. It does look sharper, but needs good power to run.
