Can i ask my money back?

Hi.

I have S3 and there is many problems whit it, like battery lasts meaby 2-4 hours, charging port wont work, WiFi is not working and it just freezes ( 1-2 times per day).

I have warranty left.

So can i ask my money back and buy some other phone?

I guess it depends on how long you've had it and if it was caused by a fault of your own?

You guys are crazy. You know you guys are self-destructive. There's a funny farm somewhere and it's got your names written all over it. But I'm gettin' outta here.

I have had it about a year (i bought it at launch), and i did not cause any of these damages.

Did you root it? If you did, I'm not sure if you can return it anymore.

Btw, i am not returning it tomorrow, becouse i just remembered that i have job.

I will return it next weekend.
