How do you run a Kernel Dump without admin permission

Hi, 

Wanted to know how to run a kernel dump (BSOD) without administrator permission? I am working on running diagnostics and need to run a test.

Without ANY admin access that might be a little more troublesome. No chance you enabled the hotkey shortcut?

Force it out with the print screen button perhaps? That SHOULD clog the memory for a system dump, but again, it depends.
