White and green or black and green build help

A friend of mine wants to do a white and green or black and green build and since gigabyte moved from the green and black im not sure what to do for parts. Can i get some help looking at around $1500 max any questions just ask i know this isnt very descriptive but there isnt a lot of guidelines other than the colors, budget, and needs to be gaming

Why not go with a completely black motherboard and just add some green components or green fluid or something?
