Network card not showing up on SSD

TheCE

System Specs:

OS: Windows 7 Home Premium 64 Bit

Graphics Card: Nvidia Geforce GTX 770

CPU: Intel i7-4770k

Motherboard: MSI Z87-GD65 Gaming

BIOS Version: 1.B0

Network Card: TP-Link N600 Wireless Dual Band PCI Express Adapter (TL-WDN3800)

SSD: Samsung 840 EVO 250 GB

HHD: Western Digital Blue 1TB

I have been using this PC for a year and everything was going fine except that the HDD is slow. So I decided to start using a SSD as my boot drive. Everything went fine when I installed Windows 7 on the SSD. When I had finally logged in for the first time I realized that, on the SSD, the computer was not recognizing the network card meaning I could not connect to the internet. This rendered in essentially useless and I went back on my HDD and tried to understand the problem. I have been unable to do so so that is why I am here. My computer is running like a snail on this HDD, right clicking a shortcut on the desktop takes 15 seconds for the options to even show.
