I have never done missions on CS before but i purchased vanguard and i wanted to know what happens when you get enough stars to "level up" your coin? Do you get extra missions? does the coin change at all? Can somebody let me know please.

Agreed, silver looks the best but i will probably end up going to gold anyway.
