are all the 802.11ac routers still draft?

I hear that all the AC routers are still draft version. As the final specs were confirmed recently.

So for example Asus RT-AC68U is still draft as it was released in 2013.

Is this true and how can I tell if they are final or draft, the manufactures do not state it.
