Do I need a cpu cooller for a non-overclocking CPU ?

Hello, I am going to buy the Intel i5 4690 CPU(not overclocking) and I wanted to ask if an extra CPU cooler will be needed, or if the fan that is already inside the CPU's package is enough ?

Thanks!

You may find yourself wanting to upgrade the stock cooler later on (mainly for quieter operation), but the stock cooler is definitely fine for a non overclockable cpu.
