What is this mark on the Desktop Screen? It isn't there when on a program.

have you tried restarting?

 

try restarting explorer.exe and sidebar.exe

have you tried restarting?

 

try restarting explorer.exe and sidebar.exe

According to le Task Manager it's "sidebar.exe"

Yeah, i'm sure i've restarted my computer at least 3 times and its still there.

have you recently updated your gpu drivers? try reinstalling them. also check and see if you dont have any suspicious programs running or ff/chrome add ons installed

No, I haven't. I'm on 337.88 while the latest is 344.48. Should I update them?
