PCIE SSD

I just wanted to start this thread because I'm fascinated by the sounds of the things. I know there are some recent happenings from samsung and intel- which is more enterprise- and I know kingston where meant to be bringing one out around about now but does anyone know of any more that are coming out or are out now? Also are there any true PCIE SSDs which don't use multiple SSDs with a RAID controller.
