Good HotKey Remapper?

Anyone know of a hotkey remapping program that allows you to use any buttons on your keyboard to do stuff? For example my hp keyboard has a home button, search button, mail button, and volume buttons.

doesn't allow me to remap the keys because there are no script names for the buttons
