Old PC turns off after Verifying DMI Pool Data

Its a very old pc. Still has win xp and a 2.4 ghz celeron with 1 gig of ram. Each time i start it up it runs the bios and every thing works smooth then right after it verifys the dmi pool data it shuts down. Any ideas?

Are you sure it has an OS on it?

Yes, but i got it to the point were i say start windows normaly or safe mode and it still turns off after i choose one of them

Even tried booting from a disk and it does the same thing. doesnt boot OS
