nes build need help to make very slim power reset buttons

I'll make a mock up tonight so you can see what I'm up against. I will not be getting my motherboard until next week. it will be a mitx form factor.

Hello, I'm about to start a nes build and trying to figure every thing out in advance. I could use some help in making these buttons all most flush mounted in the case.they are going to hit the motherboard if i don't, and i do not want to raise the motherboard over the buttons.I was thinking of using some type of button pcb but would not know what to get.  just kinda stumped on how to execute this. Any help would be greatly appreciated. Thanks !

More pictures of the surroundings, please! I can't see what's going on.

Cases shouldn't have problems with their buttons pushing against the motherboard - maybe you have a wrong sized motherboard?

Remember to be a good citizen and choose a 'best answer' when your problem has been resolved!

(that way people know when a problem's been resolved)
