The ASRock H97 Performance is a good one as well but it changes the color scheme... ;)

question why a xeon ? Why not an i7 or a 2011 cpu instead?

still, you can't really overclock that quad core xeon where as a 2011 5920k 6 core can be overclocked and would probably perform better
