Oh, I only have a pentium G3220...

Will the i7 work?

What about hasfail? Also will it work on my board?

 

you have a 3rd gen CPU/mobo and looking to 4th gen CPU, won't work my friend,

you'll need a Z8X/9X mobo to make the swap work. the 3rd gen socket is completely

different.

I would go with the I7
