Before you say "Wow, Why are you getting those parts and skimping on the GPU?", I have an answer. My budget is supposed to be $1000 and I'm already going over. Certain things I need and don't want to go change. The CPU, cooler and case.

 

I was wondering if there were better choices for the other parts at the same price or cheaper, so I could possibly get a better GPU. Thanks!
