-snip-

I think that you could build a decent rig for $1,000 less (aka $2,000) just quietly ;). I'm quite sure someone like @SAV1OUR could put together a decent $2,000 build for you. He seems to be quite good at doing them. :D

ON A 7 MONTH BREAK FROM THESE LTT FORUMS. WILL BE BACK ON NOVEMBER 5th.

$4150 still no monitors. Custom liquid cooling adds ~$1100 to the bill, then there is the LGA2011 CPU and MOBO, I am using the cheapest K series CPU for that MOBO and your still over budget. Give up on the liquid cooling.

So my new budget is $4000 3 monitors and sli list all the parts please

Choose your fans yourself, okay? I assume you already have the mobo and case on hand, or schiit. If you really want some bling, go for those LED strips Linus mentioned multiple times in his videos. I'm gonna have to go check what they're called. This is gonna exceed your budget by a bit due to your need/want for water cooling. I'm not going to include the CPU water block, tubing, fittings, pump and rads, but I suggest going with PrimoFlex LRT Tubing, they're really good, I think (not sure if) Linus has done a vid on them. Fans, go with Noctua ones, they're great, check out what the others suggest for reservoir, pump, radiator and fittings, see what the others have to say about them. I included a dumb cheap CPU cooler because I have OCD and hate that stupid "Warning: These parts have potential issues/incompatibilities.icon_warning_sgl.gifIntel Core i7-4930K 3.4GHz 6-Core Processor does not include a stock CPU cooler. Adding a CPU Cooler to your part list is recommended." message. Don't buy it. In fact that whole paragraph is actually useless, to a certain extent. So here's the list:

CPU:  Intel Core i7-4930K 3.4GHz 6-Core Processor  ($549.99 @ Newegg)
Motherboard:  Asus Rampage IV Black Edition EATX LGA2011 Motherboard  ($481.99 @ Newegg)

Video Card:  Gigabyte GeForce GTX 780 Ti 3GB WINDFORCE Video Card (2-Way SLI)  ($735.91 @ Newegg)
Case:  Corsair 900D ATX Full Tower Case  ($299.99 @ Newegg)
Operating System:  Microsoft Windows 8.1 (OEM) (64-bit)  ($102.98 @ Newegg)
Monitor:  Asus VG248QE 144Hz 24.0" Monitor  ($269.99 @ Newegg)
