Can't access Miiverse nor eShop.

So I created a Nintendo Network ID today. I created it using USA as the country because the eShop isn't available in my country and I didn't want to have 2 accounts just for it. The thing is I can't enter neither Miiverse or the eShop.

 

Is Miiverse country locked?

Not as far as i know

 

Have you checked your internet connection settings ? Does it give you an error ?

Yeah, it was my crappy internet connection. I tried a second time later and it worked. Thanks.
