There is only two (or three if you take server psus into account) sizes. ATX and SFX PSUs. So look for an ATX PSU. Those fit in almost all cases. There are only a few, e.g. from Silverstone, which will only take SFX.

I have an ITX case, but my PSU has ATX- form factor. Same with my old MATX rig, it had an ATX PSU as well.

So i have this setup:

CPU: Core i3-3220

GPU: Gigabyte GTX 650 1gb

RAM: 8GB DDR3 1333

Motherboard: Gigabyte H61M-DS2H

PSU: came with the case and is 450w, couldn't find much detailes of it online but both the case and the psu together cost 52$

So recently i upgraded to windows 64 bit and added 4 more ram because that's what  i felt needed an upgrade but now i could use another upgrade, i currently have 100$ but after a while i could get up to maybe 200 or 250$.

Any specific PSU  you guys can recomand?

1s - get a true 4 cores CPU (an i5 may do the job well), that i3 may be a "bottleneck" for a powerful graphics card

2d - get a new PSU and a 650w PSU is the minimun i recommend all always (a future proof PSU)

3d - time to get a new GPU (a R9 280 or a 780)

No, it means that it is compatible to the new power saving features used by haswell, will work with anything else too.

And it should work really well.
