Moving OS from one storage to another

iSwiftyz
Go to solution Solved by iSwiftyz,

Cloning software. There is probably some on samsungs website if you need a good one for free.

Yup, thanks for the help: http://www.samsung.com/global/business/semiconductor/samsungssd/downloads.html

Pretty newbie question but, I just got a new SSD (Samsung 840 EVO 250GB) and I have no idea how to transfer the OS from my HDD to SSD.

Any help would be appreciated :)

Samsung has their own data migration. There should be a disc that came with the SSD. It should have the program on their. Use that.
