Reference PCB 7970 or R9 280x for 350$

I am looking for a reference 7970 or 280x for about 350$. I have a reference 7970 that I got brand new for 350$ just over a year ago now which I threw a water block on and now I want to crossfire but reference design GPU's don't ever seem to go on sale and I don't know which after market coolers still use reference PCB for example http://ca.pcpartpicker.com/part/visiontek-video-card-900652 It's 350$ I don't have an issue with the brand but I don't know if they are using a reference PCB. I just want no complications with my water block.

Why do you always die right after I fix you?
