How do I disassemble the Gigabyte GTX 770?

The card in question is the GV-N770OC-2GD. I need to know how to remove the heatsink so I can replace the thermal paste.

 

So, does anyone know? I remove the 4 screws around the core and the three for the VRM heatsink, but it simply will not budge.

this should help. Just reverse the process. The gigabyte version shouldn't really be different:

Try removing it when it's warm? I remember the thermal paste on my 1055T was like concrete when cold so i ran cinebench to warm things up. If i had the card i could figure it out but i don't so i'm just guessing. Also take a look at that bolt on the back of the card (top left). Is that connected to the shroud in any way?

Are there screws at the pci cover part of the card?

Some screws are stealthy bastards. Look around VERY carefully if you missed any.

I dissassembled my Gigabyte GTX 770 2GB OC yesterday and would like to share one tip.
After getting all the screws out, take a plastic ruler and stick it between the VRM cooling plate and the PCB, then gently pry the heatsink up.
