Can't get rid of "Dell System Detect"

Help!

 

Just got a new Dell monitor and went to go update my drivers. I downloaded Dell System Detect from Dell's website and updated my monitor's drivers.

 

I went to the Control Panel and uninstalled Dell System Detect.

 

When I turn on my computer, there is Dell System Detect icon on my notification bar everytime!

 

How do I get rid of this bloody thing?

go to msconfig and disable it
