will my cooler fit!?

im currently about to buy the i7 8700k. i have in my pc a corsair h100 i bought with my 3770k about 6 years ago. 

will this cooler fit? or do i need a new cooler.

 

case: corsair carbide air 540 motherboard: asus maximus V formula assassin  cpu: intel i7 3770k 3.5ghz cooling: corsair h100  psu: corsair gold ax750w  gpu: amd radeon 7950 3gb  ram: 8gb g.skill sniper  drives: 120gb Samsung 840 ssd, 2tb western digital black

115x coolers will mount to 1151

i just checked the corsair website and its not listed as compatible with the 1151 chip set of the 8700k

1155, 1156, etc all use the same mounting hole spacing. That product was released well before 1151 came out but that doesn't mean it won't fit. They use the same mounting holes so it will fit just fine.
