Need help on adding a discrete GPU

No need to disable it. The mobo will handle everything.

So I have a motherboard, the Asus Prime Z270-A, and I'm planning on adding a XFX GTS RX 580 to my rig. I am currently using integrated graphics. If I add the GPU, do I need to disable the integrated graphics in BIOS? Or will it just automatically disable itself upon noticing a GPU?
