Huge Size differential

I have a file in one of my drive. It occupies according to properties window about '8.16GB', but if I check the size of the contents inside it along with hidden files it just comes out to be '29.8MB'. I don't understand how it could be 8.16GB.

Please explain.

It's solved, there were some hidden- hidden files in that folder, I found a way to preview them in CMD and removed them.
