Windows doesn't detect Headphones

I have two audio inputs, one in the front panel and one in the back panel. I have speakers and headphones, headphones in the front panel, speakers in the back panel. Before I did a whole new setup of Windows I had both devices in my playback settings, now I can only see my speakers.

How do make my headphones appear again? They work perfectly fine but if want to listen to something with my speakers I have to unplug my headphones, which is very annoying. If they show up again I could just switch between them via Rainmeter.

Thanks for any help in advance.

Have you tried to reinstall drivers? In eyes of Windows, rear and front jacks are same device. Driver for RealTek or whatever your mobo uses would handle any distinction between the two.
