XMP issues

Alright guys, im at a loss here... my XMP settings wont take when I set them in the BIOS either buy using XMP, or by manually setting the timings and speed. The system just boots normal at 2133 instead of my 3200. The system is a Ryzen 2400g on a Gigabyte B450i pro wifi motherboard and using CMK16GX4M2B3200C16 for memory which I had running on XMP just fine before. The only change to the system was adding a SFX power supply and an AIO to cool the CPU instead of stock heastink/fan. The BIOS is not resetting on me during reboots as my CPU overclock is sticking. If I go into my BIOS, it shows the XMP enabled, but its not actually setting the XMP profile. 

 

I have reset the BIOS both in the UEFI as well as on the board itself. I have re-flashed my BIOS as well. Gonna grab a screenshot of the BIOS to show.
