Ideal data distribution

What would be the ideal distribution for data with my config:

250GB SATA SSD

512GB NVME m.2 SSD (new)

2TB HDD

My SATA SSD drive currently has my Win on it (and a few games I play on Lan parties)

and all other games and data on the HDD

My question is: Is it worth it to split the NVME drive, move my system to 1 part of it, most games (that would fit) do the other part, rest to the SATA SSD.

Or just keep system only on the SATA drive, and all games and other programs on the NVME?

My system is in need of restore, so I will be messing with it no matter what
