I7 2600k 6.46 Ghz Overclock On Air but how ???

I was getting Insane temps on my I7 2600k  at 3.8 Ghz on air at 92 Degrees C on Intel Stock Cooler so I decided to down clock it to 2.00 Ghz but when I rebooted the system I found it running at 6.46 Ghz

I checked the Temps On Msi Afterburner  and its running 3-4 degrees lower at 88-89 degrees. How is this possible ??? Also My Cinebench Score Gone Up from 625 to 1027 points. I'm Using a Gigabyte H67Ma-USB3-B3 Motherboard with Award F3 Bios.I'm assuming this is happening due to Incorrect Temp Sensors and Clock speed Readings Aswell as the Scoring of AVX Instructions being multiplied by an incorrect value so I'll need to go digging some more.
