Android emulator for PC?

As the title says, I'd like an Android emulator for my PC, primarily because I have no actual Android device in my possession, and I would like to use a mouse/keyboard.

Don't use bloatware installer aka Bluestacks. I've used Droid4X for long time. It looks ugly, but it's also lightest. Another is Nox, which looks better, but takes ages to load on my laptop (vs Droid4X). Also Chrome can emulate some Android stuff.
