Android emulator for PC?

Don't use bloatware installer aka Bluestacks. I've used Droid4X for long time. It looks ugly, but it's also lightest. Another is Nox, which looks better, but takes ages to load on my laptop (vs Droid4X). Also Chrome can emulate some Android stuff.
