My brother has a Windows 10 Surface Pro Tablet that's started showing this error, anyone know how to fix?

 

I don't have access to the tablet yet so I don't know if its 32/64bit yet or what the BIOS version is.

 

I thought I'd try to hit the ground running as it were before my brother arrives for Christmas...
