RAM PROBLEM

Pls help 

long story lets make it short:

today i ran some games and it freeze(sometimes even my pc restarts automatically)

 and i cant even display sign in option when i pressed ctrl+alt+delete 

and tried again and task manager says my device is low on memory 

how to fix that i have 8gb and it is already enough for some aaa titles games

ok. did you close all of your other stuff before gaming? 8gb of ram isn't much, so it would be wise to close your web browser among other things before playing ram heavy games.

yes close almost every thing except task manager

that's weird. how much ram does it use before freezing?

I'm not sure why you're assuming it's a RAM issue, I think all of those games run fine with 8GB, and even if they needed more, they'll just use pagefile unless you've disabled it, in which case the program would just crash. It's more likely to be a CPU, GPU, MOBO e even PSU problem.

specify please? it never says you're low on ram as far as i know. it just shows how much ram is used.

Are you getting stuttering in the game or full system freeze? As you said it even turns off sometimes, I would assume it's a full system freeze. Low memory available doesn't cause that, only stuttering because of the low speed of the pagefile.

XMP has to do with the memory. 

 

i said any OC, so that includes gpu etc.
