The best case that is currently available would be the Corsair 800D. This is mostly a watercooling case though. Though the 900D is just around the corner (May-June) that I would personally wait for.

NZXT phantom and buy the separate windowed side panel for like $15 and the case is the cheapest E-ATX case you find

fractal R4 or Arc Midi (either version) can take an E-ATX.

just have to re-route the 24-pin and GPU power around mobo.

that's a FD Arc Midi V1 with H100 (push/pull) and self modded

side window. the R4 window panel works as well.
