Airport Express Fire?

Hey guys,

 

So today I was at Best buy looking at the new Apple airports and I was thinking about upgrading my apartment with these. So I go home and I decide to do some more research before buying the prodcut then suddenly I hear a loud pop, which made me jump so high. I ran to my back room where I heard the pop and my airport was smoking. It had combusted some how and it was fairly new only about 4 months old, it was a gift from my dad while ago. So I guess karma strikes again, well I guess I will upgrade to the new Apple airports... Does anyone have any idea what happened? I so confused and slightly scared, shocked and amazed.

If you're based in the US, take it in an Apple store. They'd likely replace it on the spot.

Is it just me or is this weird. I was at Best Buy just a couple hours before looking at the new Airports then suddenly a kinda brand new airport catches fire...karma?

I'd do the same if my requirements weren't out of it's league, they look like really nice devices.
