Video Editing PC Reccomendation

I'm finding it more and more difficult to do work in my apartment. I am a college student who also does some creative photo/video work on the side, and I am looking to get a mobile workstation. It's just too hard for me to get work done in my apartment, since my friends always want to hang out and I always want to play video games. I know exactly what I want, but I'm having trouble finding the cheapest way to get it, so if any of you have already done this research and know exactly what it is I am looking for, please let me know. Here are features in order of importance.

1. 8th Generation i7, or 2nd Generation Ryzen 7

2. GTX 1050ti or higher (AMD equivalent is also OK)

3. 16 GB RAM

4. 15.6" 4K Display - I'm always plugged in, color accuracy is prefered

5. Thunderbolt 3 - my desktop is aging fast and I might just turn this into an all purpose machine later on

6. Good Build Quality/Design - I'm super vain and having a nice computer makes me feel more productive, especially when others can see me. Sue me. Avoid red accents

7. 512GB SSD

I'm ready for the dongle life, so I don't need SD but I wish I could get it. I'm not bothered by unorthodox keyboards like on the Zypherus or Blade 17, i'll be using a mouse anyway. Thanks for your help!
