Can I stream?

Hello.

As the title states, I'm wondering if I should buy a Capture card to do a dual PC stream setup. My Main PC has an I3-8100 and a GTX 960 4 GB While the Streaming PC has a i5-2400 and a Radeon HD 6970. 

Should I save up for better parts or will I be able to hold up a 720p 60 FPS stream.

if it is only going to stream and not game, yes it will stream.
