Quick Compatibility Questions

Hey guys.

 

Quick questions:

 

1) Is the Gainward Phantom 2GB GTX 960 compatible with an ASUS Prime B350M-A motherboard?

 

2) Is that same motherboard compatible with F4-2400C15D-8GVR? (G.Skill Ripjaws V Series 2x4GB RAM at 15 CAS latency)

 

3) If things are not compatible, what would be the compatible option between the 3? (Graphics cannot be swapped out, but RAM and motherboard can, nothing too expensive though.)

Yeah, I know, but I'm on a little budget right now so I'm planning on upgrading later.
