You connect the cable to the "usb thingy" that comes with it. Then you connect the thingy to the back of your computer, in one of the usb connectors, which is your motherboard.

I'm planning to buy this headset tomorrow but the question is,what is the best way to plug it in? Monitor, GPU, MOBO, or this USB thingy that comes with the headset? I know nothing about this so this question might be a little bit stupid
