What CPU to buy + more?!

So I have been thinking about upgrading my CPU for quite some time now, because I usually sees it on 100% in task manager. (https://www.userbenchmark.com/UserRun/12276263)

I meanly uses my computer for gaming (Fallout 76, LoL, Fortnite and so on.)

  • UserBenchmarks: Game 100%, Desk 69%, Work 48%

  • CPU: Intel Core i5-6402P - 70.3%

  • GPU: Nvidia GTX 1080 - 122.2%

  • SSD: SanDisk SSD Plus 240GB - 88.4%

  • HDD: Seagate Barracuda 7200.14 1TB - 71.1%

  • RAM 1: Kingston KHX2133C14/8G

  • RAM 2: Corsair CMK16GX4M2A2133C13/8G - 71.5% (This is them combined I guess?)

  • MBD: Asus B150M-A

But I am not totally sure what I should upgrade it to and/ or if I should get a new motherboard as well.. (For future generations of CPUs and what not)

Anyway I fell over this nice offer, I guess (https://www.komplett.dk/product/1007144/hardware/pc-komponenter/saml-selv-pakkeloesninger/opgraderingspakker/opgraderingspakke-ryzen-5-2600x#)

Which contains

For 459 dollar (Beware this is danish prizes if they seem a bit high)

Or I should just get like a newer CPU from Intel which my motherboard supports, something like this:

For 306 dollars

Also please come with a nice noob friendly explanation, also would I end up bottle-necking/ am I already bottle-necking since my CPU runs so high? :)

I would get a 2600, 1700 or 2700. exept if you can find a great deal on 1800x or other x series cpu's. I wouldn't use a h60, but a beefier air cooler at that budget. I would get a b450 pro4 from asrock or a b450 Tomahawk from msi.
