I have a Dell XPS 15 9560, and for almost a month now, when I try to use word, it keeps going black every few seconds. (I don't know if this is an issue related to this or not, but when gaming on my laptop, after about 10-15 minutes of playing Rocket League, it starts to over heat then.) Over the course of this month, I've tried cleaning out the vents, updating the drivers, even reapplying thermal paste to see if that would do the trick. The only things I haven't done that I could think of doing is uninstalling Office (I bought a code for it) or reinstall Windows, but other than that, I don't know what else to doing over this.

Look in the event log, see if there is anything that might give you a clue as to what is happening

NOTE: I no longer frequent this site. If you really need help, PM/DM me and my e.mail will alert me.

Like I said, I tried updating the drivers, but still no luck. I looked at the event viewer, and when it blacked out, it said it was a display issue. This issue happens with both an external display and the one built into the laptop. Do you think I should reset it?
