Possible bottle neck with CPU?

Would a Ryzen 5 1600 (6 cores 12 threads) at 3.8GHz on all 6 cores be a big bottleneck to an RTX 2080Ti?

Big hypothetical situation, since I'm probably not getting a new graphics card at all any time soon, but just wondering. I'm not that good at bottleneck calculation

Personally I would pair a 1600 with something lower, but in most AAA games I think it would still hold up fine as far as using the card's full capabilities.  There is always possibly bottleneck to some extent if you want to make the situation cpu intensive.

Overwatch, PUBG, World War 3 (early access on Steam), Doom, PC building simulator, and maybe some VR games lol

Should be fine, a bit overkill. Except for PUBG, that game hates Ryzen. Idk if it's any better now after the "fix pubg" campaign tho, haven't played in months.
