Iphone 7 plus Activation Lock problem

Need help with my new Iphone 7 plus (I bought it from internet bazaar). My problem is that when I turn on the phone, it wants me to choose language and other stuff and then there is screen with login to apple ID tabs but its called "Activation Lock" and it wants me to log in with the old owners email I guess cause none of mine apple IDs worked. 

 

No restore in Itunes worked out. Thank you for any answer

Sucks to be you. Get a refund. It's most likely stolen. Try and see if the IMEI is blacklisted online..

That means the phone was stolen, and has been locked through iCloud by the original owner. Sadly, there's basically nothing you can do about it. It's there to prevent stolen iPhones from hitting the resale market, and it's doing its job.

can't really remove that my mother had an ipad that she somehow forgot the icloud password and her email password and even apple couldnt fix it at an apple store

Nope, no possibily of stolen phone. Only think about the phone is that bazaar said that the owner lost his password from icloud so he bought a new phone and sell this one

Believe me, people will make up any lies. Contact the bazaar and try to get a refund.

Really not, the real true is that I have been working with this guy that sold me that phone, I know he forget his apple id password and apple wanted to wait 14 days to get the new password. So when the phone was still logged in i transferred his data to the new one and then the old one restore with Itunes. Now I got this.

Haha, please. That has stolen written all over it. You really can't see that?

Who goes out and spends hundreds of dollars instead of just waiting?

 

Either he's lying, or you are.

 

Either way, helping you bypass the lock is in violation of the CoC.

Theres your problem. Apple sometimes does fix the issue if you ring them up and provide proof of purchase. It's a long shot though.
