CPU overclock

I have a ryzen 3 2200g base clock 3.5ghz, I have overclocked to 3.9ghz then 3.8ghz but I didn't see much difference and in a game like bf1 I've lost fps from 70 average to barely getting 60

maybe because you have an apu on it? your cooler can only get a certain tdp away. maybe try overclocking the apu and not the cpu?

Hopefully by READING and Using Guides... like you Hopefully did with your CPU OC.
Take your time and compare others settings,.. start lower, work your way up for instability, then back off some, retest, retest, retest.

Maximums - Asus Z97-K /w i5 4690 Bclk @106.9Mhz * x39 = 4.17Ghz, 8GB of 2600Mhz DDR3,.. Gigabyte GTX970 G1-Gaming @ 1550Mhz
