Fan Headers?

I have a question about fan headers.

 

I own an ASRock - Fatal1ty X99X Killer ATX LGA2011-3 Motherboard. It has 2 CPU Fan Headers. What I wanna do is put 3 of these fans on one header? (I need the other header)

 

Noctua - NF-F12 industrialPPC-3000 PWM 109.89 CFM 120mm Fan

 

I basically wanna know if one of those headers can support 3 of these fans.

Sure but a hub would be better. They can only run so low running off the mobo. Doubt they will go less than 50%. None of mine did, which is why I prefer the 2k versions. 

Can you not use the other headers?

So I'll just give you my pointless overkill plan. Okay so I have a D15 but I'm upgrading to an AIO cooler for space and other reasons. Now currently I have 8 case fans all plugged into a fan controller in addition to the 2 CPU cooler fans. The new AIO is gonna have 3 fans and instead of just switching those stock fans for my Noctuas I'm just gonna be dumb and add them to a push pull design. So I wanted the AIO fans (6 of them) to be controlled bye the same thing but my fan controller only has 2 slots left 5 slots with splitters so 10 fans. Adding the 3 stock ones from the AIO puts me at 11.

 

Like I said adding the 3 extra instead of swapping out is pointless but then I wouldn't be able to boast about my 11 pointless fans.
